Family access to the leisure for 2 adults and up to 3 kids under the age of 16yrs. For kids aged 3 and under 1 adult to 1 child ratio applies. Children must be supervised by a responsbile adult at all times during teh use of all leisure facilities.
Leisure & Gym Membership Terms and Conditions
These Gym Membership Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the
use of facilities, services, and memberships provided by Portavadie Estates
LTD. ("we", "us", "our"). By joining or
using the gym, members agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Membership Eligibility
1. Membership is available to individuals aged 18
years or older.
2. Valid identification may be required at the
time of registration.
3. Memberships are personal and
non-transferable.
2. Membership Types
1. We offer various membership plans, including
monthly, 6 monthly and annual,
2. Details of membership types, prices, and
benefits are available on our website and may be amended without prior notice.
3. We reserve the right to add, amend, or
withdraw membership types at any time.
3. Fees and Payments
1. Membership fees are payable in advance and are
non-refundable except where required by law.
2. Payments may be made via direct debit,
credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
3. Missed or failed payments may result in
suspension or termination of membership.
4. We reserve the right to review and adjust
fees with at least 30 days’ notice.
4. Cooling-Off Period
1. New members are entitled to a 14-day
cooling-off period from the date of joining.
2. During this period, members may cancel
their membership and receive a refund, minus any usage fees, where
applicable.
5. Cancellation and Termination
1. Members may cancel their membership by
providing written notice in accordance with their membership agreement.
2. Minimum membership terms may apply.
3. We reserve the right to terminate a
membership immediately if a member breaches these Terms or engages in
inappropriate, abusive, or unsafe behaviour.
The membership is valid from the first day of the month until the last day
of the same month and can’t be carried forward to the following month.
No onsite discounts available.
There will be no refund for unused membership.
Any pool or gym entry must be pre-booked and is subject to availability.
Towels are provided.
Portavadie reserve the right to restrict access to the facilities for
planned maintenance or health and safety of our guests..
Portavadie reserves the right to amend access timings without prior notice.
Adult/child ratios apply – children under age of 16 must be accompanied by
an adult (over 18yr) at all times in the Leisure Experience.
You must be over 16yr to access and use the gym. Appropriate footwear must
be worn at all times in the gym.
Member bookings can only be made a maximum of 30 days in advance.
